We collect account and workspace information such as your name, email address, organization, role, and authentication identifiers. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment provider processes billing and payment information.

When you connect a repository or API provider, we process the configuration, metadata, code, logs, and events required to monitor integrations and generate requested results. We also collect service usage, device, diagnostic, and security information.

We use information to provide and secure PatchPilot, authenticate users, monitor configured integrations, generate fixes and reports, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable, we process personal information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, comply with law, and act with your consent when consent is required.

We share information only as needed with vendors that support hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, error monitoring, and customer support; with connected providers at your direction; during a corporate transaction; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account and service data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention periods depend on the data type, workspace configuration, and applicable agreement.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so workspace owners should use strong authentication, least-privilege permissions, and appropriate repository protections.

You may update account settings and notification preferences in the dashboard. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing.

PatchPilot and its service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
