Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using PatchPilot, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use PatchPilot for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

PatchPilot monitors configured third-party APIs and connected repositories, identifies potentially impacted code, and may prepare tests, fixes, and pull requests for review. Generated output can contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and deploying changes to your systems.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate workspace permissions.

You retain ownership of code, repositories, configuration, and other content you submit or connect. You grant PatchPilot the limited rights necessary to process that content and provide the service. Your use of GitHub and other providers remains subject to their separate terms.

You may not use PatchPilot to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, probe systems without authorization, evade service limits, resell unauthorized access, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and billing cycle selected at purchase. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Plan changes and cancellation take effect according to the terms shown during checkout or in the billing dashboard. Billing adjustments and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

We work to keep PatchPilot available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features to improve security, performance, or functionality and will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatchPilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” PatchPilot is not a substitute for code review, testing, security review, or professional judgment. Liability limitations that apply to your subscription will be stated in your order or service agreement.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law and any separate service agreement.
